Bishop Museum
Not only does the Bishop museum showcases Hawaiian culture, but it also has science exhibits that both kids and adults will learn from and enjoy. See neat exhibits like Dinosaurs Unearthed and the Mayima Science Adventure Center, which highlights volcanology and oceanography. They also have a Planetarium that you can visit.

'Imiloa Astronomy Center
Ilimoa has two main exhibits: Origins, which focuses on astronomy and how it relates to Hawaiin culture, and Explorations, which focuses on the how Hawaii has evolved. They also have a planetarium and a Zombie Science course, which students can learn about zombies, disease transmission, and survival.

Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
At the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, visitors can see active volcanoes, lava, and a summit caldera (large pit crater). You can also visit their Jaggar Museum, which focuses on volcanology.

Learn about how tsunamis form, how dangerous they can be, and how you can protect yourself from them. Exhibits include the "Science of Tsunamis" and a "Energy of Water Wave" machine.
