During the Summer of 2010, SMU's Caruth Institute for Engineering Education developed and hosted the first SMU CSI-Girls camp. The camp included 20 activities and a field trip to the Dallas Science Museum. The campers learned about different aspects of forensics and biometrics and got hands on experience with fingerprinting, iris recognition, face recognition, speech software tools and more! Many of the resources that were developed for the camp as well as videos of the girls doing the activities are available here (Coming Soon!).
