Dung Beetles Use the Sun to Navigate

imageA new study by biologist Marie Ducke, shows that the S. Lamarcki dung beetle uses the sun to navigate its ball of poo around its environment. Dung beetles are the only species of animals known to navigate using the Milky Way.
